Expert Foundation Repair & Stabilization in Fayetteville, AR

Foundation repair and stabilization protects Fayetteville homes from the ground up. Fayetteville sits on clay-rich soil that swells when wet and shrinks when dry. That cycle puts steady pressure on slabs, crawl space piers, and basement walls year after year. Spring and fall rains push moisture into the soil fast. Summer dry spells pull it back out. Each swing shifts the ground beneath your home. Over time, those shifts show up as wall cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, and bowing walls. Precision Foundation Specialist Inc inspects the full foundation system, identifies the root cause, and applies targeted stabilization methods matched to your home's structure and soil conditions. We work on slab, pier-and-beam, and crawl space foundations across Fayetteville. If you see cracks widening or floors losing their level, that is the right time to call. Early action keeps repair scope smaller and protects your home's structural integrity long term. Contact us to schedule your foundation inspection.

Foundation Repair & Stabilization FAQ

Common questions about foundation repair & stabilization in Fayetteville, AR.

Cracks in walls or ceilings, doors that stick, and floors that slope are common warning signs in Fayetteville homes. A professional inspection confirms whether those signs point to foundation movement or another cause.

Fayetteville's clay-rich soil expands when it absorbs rain and contracts during dry periods, putting repeated stress on foundations. That cycle of swelling and shrinking is the leading cause of settlement and cracking in local homes.

Yes, we work on slab, pier-and-beam, and crawl space foundations throughout Fayetteville. The repair method depends on your foundation type and the specific soil conditions under your home.

Stabilizing the foundation often relieves the pressure that causes doors to stick and floors to slope. Results depend on how much movement has occurred and how the structure has responded over time.

In most cases, Fayetteville homeowners remain in their homes during foundation repair work. Your inspector will let you know if any specific conditions require a different approach.

Untreated foundation cracks in Fayetteville tend to grow wider as soil continues to shift through wet and dry seasons. Catching the problem early limits how much of the structure is affected and reduces the scope of repair needed.

Matt and the team did a great job, from planning to communicating to executing, for the residential drainage and reconstruction work we desperately needed. They stayed at it until the job was done! Thanks again.

Working with Precision Foundation Specialist was a great choice! Matt was very communicative and helpful in addressing all our questions and concerns. They fixed our foundation, added a new gutter, and installed new tile during this project and did not go over budget! They buttoned everything up before final payment so our house looks like nothing was ever wrong. I would 100% recommended them!

Matt and his team were awesome to work with! Our patio had voids underneath it cause by animal digging. They were able to come out and fill the voids with their spray foam. It was minimally invasive (small holes drilled every few feet that were filled immediately after the foam was injected). The patio looks great and now I have confidence in its structural integrity. The whole process only took a couple of hours and was mess free. I would highly recommend them!
