Expert Concrete parking lot building in Fayetteville, AR

Concrete parking lot building in Fayetteville means working with ground that does not forgive shortcuts. The Fayetteville shale beneath much of the city swells when wet and shrinks when dry, which puts pressure on any slab that is not properly prepared from the base up. At Precision Foundation Specialist Inc., our work starts with soil evaluation and site grading, then moves through base compaction, reinforced slab forming, concrete placement, control joint cutting, and drainage design. CEO Mischia Cain brings a geotechnical engineering background to every project, so base preparation and structural load decisions are grounded in soil mechanics, not guesswork. PFS Inc. holds active WBE and DBE designations, making us a qualified partner for municipal, public, and private commercial contracts across Fayetteville and the surrounding region. Whether you are opening a new commercial site or replacing a failing surface, we build parking lots that handle daily vehicle traffic and Northwest Arkansas freeze-thaw cycles without cracking prematurely. Contact PFS Inc. to discuss your Fayetteville parking lot project.

Concrete parking lot building FAQ

Common questions about concrete parking lot building in Fayetteville, AR.

Yes, PFS Inc. builds concrete parking lots for commercial properties in Fayetteville and across Northwest Arkansas. Contact us to discuss your site conditions and project scope.

Fayetteville sits on shale that swells when wet and shrinks when dry, which can crack a slab built on a poorly prepared base. Proper soil evaluation and base compaction before the pour are what keep a Fayetteville parking lot stable long-term.

Drainage design is included in our parking lot work across Springdale, Rogers, and the broader Northwest Arkansas area. A correctly sloped surface moves water to inlets or swales and keeps it away from your building.

Yes, PFS Inc. holds active Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise designations, which qualify us for public, municipal, and government-funded contracts. We serve commercial and public clients across Fayetteville and the surrounding region.

Fayetteville experiences repeated freeze-thaw cycles each year, and water that gets into a slab expands when it freezes, causing surface cracking and spalling. Correct concrete mix selection, reinforcement, and joint placement reduce that risk from the start.

PFS Inc. serves Bentonville, Springdale, Rogers, Fort Smith, Conway, Jonesboro, and other communities across Arkansas, as well as locations in Missouri and Oklahoma. Call us to confirm coverage for your specific site.

Matt took care of all of my problems quickly and efficiently! He stayed in contact and communicated to me everything about the project. His crew took care of my problems and even came back the day after to quickly take care of the finishing details. They were all friendly and helpful. Even came by to help me get back in after I accidentally locked myself out!

Working with Precision Foundation Specialist was a great choice! Matt was very communicative and helpful in addressing all our questions and concerns. They fixed our foundation, added a new gutter, and installed new tile during this project and did not go over budget! They buttoned everything up before final payment so our house looks like nothing was ever wrong. I would 100% recommended them!

Matt and the team did a great job, from planning to communicating to executing, for the residential drainage and reconstruction work we desperately needed. They stayed at it until the job was done! Thanks again.

Matt and his team were awesome to work with! Our patio had voids underneath it cause by animal digging. They were able to come out and fill the voids with their spray foam. It was minimally invasive (small holes drilled every few feet that were filled immediately after the foam was injected). The patio looks great and now I have confidence in its structural integrity. The whole process only took a couple of hours and was mess free. I would highly recommend them!
